Painless's Mission is to help people globally manage their pain in a sustainable way with less risk and at a lower societal cost than mainstream treatment methods so that people suffering from chronic and acute pain may live higher-quality lives doing what they love to do daily.

Through content, technology, and data, mitigate the need for high-risk pain management treatments, and in return, help people suffering with pain to live better, more productive lives, and those who are creating new pain treatment methods go-to-market faster.

Megan Van Buren, ACHE, SoPE Member

Megan received her B.S. from Wake Forest University in 2013. She studied Business and Enterprise Management concentrating in Marketing and Health Policy and Administration and minoring in Entrepreneurship. Megan is an experienced sales consultant in the healthcare technology industry having worked for athenahealth and TractManager. She is passionate about making healthcare delivery methods more convenient, accessible, cost-effective, and higher quality. Megan lives in Denver where she enjoys doing triathlons, golfs, bikes, hikes, skis, and plays with her Golden Retriever, Sophie.
Dr. Elizabeth Boshears, PT, DPT

Dr. Elizabeth Boshears (Lizzie) received her B.S. from Wake Forest University in 2015. She studied Health and Exercise Science and Communications and worked in the Sports Medicine Department and as a student athletic trainer for the D1 women’s soccer team. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in 2020 where she was her class’s Officer of Diversity and part of the Global Health Pathway Concentration. She trained under a pain specialist in her final clinical internship, and she worked closely with other providers in the Comprehensive Pain Center at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. Lizzie is currently enjoying the many outdoor activities and sunny days that Colorado offers.
